Zimbabwe: Climate Change Policy Long Overdue

[The Herald]
IMPLEMENTATION of the Zimbabwe National Climate Change Policy has not been swift and as desirable, even in the face of the deadly impact of climate and weather. Indications last week that work on the policy had reached high gear are instructive and encouraging in a lot of ways.
